THE A&A GROUP MAKES NEW BOARD APPOINTMENTS

The A&A Group, Hyperformance Limited and Mulsanne Insurance Co Limited, have made a number of Board appointments following the trasnfer of staff and business assets of Service Underwriting Agency Ltd, to Key Claims and Administration Services Ltd. (“KCASL”), an A & A Group company, on 1st April 2016.

THE A&A GROUP AND HYPERFORMANCE LIMITED

Sharon Beckett takes up the position of CEO of the retail broking operations based out of Hampton Hill and Cwmbran.  Suporting the CEO, Martyn Hurley becomes a Director of A&A and also the Managing Director of Hyperformance with Ian Fenner-Evans appointed as Compliance and Risk Director of both businesses.

MULSANNE INSURANCE CO LIMITED

Tony Allen, who remains Group CEO, moves across from the retail broking businesses to concentrate on further development of the Underwriter which specialises in non-standard private car, commercial vehicle and taxi products.  Paul Twilley joins him as Claims Director.

Tony Allen has also become a Director of KCSAL which will provide back office administration and claims handling services to Mulsanne, as well as managing the run off of Service Insurance Company Ltd’s claims, from its Hove and Tunbridge Wells offices.

Sharon Beckett, CEO of the A & A Group said “2015 saw a significant upturn in financial performance for the group and a return to operating profit.  2016 is also performing to target and growth in line with plan.  With the new administration and claims business and the ongoing challenges presented by Solvency II, Tony is looking to expand Mulsanne and secure its long term future.  This is an exciting time for the Group and we believe these strategic appointments will strengthen our focus on our core activities.”
